2its useful if you cant take your computer with you and you are going to be somewhere for a while. its useful to alot of people for some people however its kind of pointless if you plan on keeping your computer for a while or you take good care of it then ypu might not need a delicious account.
3i would probibly use it not as often as other people will in this class because i plan on saving to my favorites and i dont really care for the social part for delicious because thats not a way i like to search for websites.
